It's Here, and Right On Time!

January Birchbox is here!

For those of you who don't know, Birchbox is a monthly box that contains five different high-end products, whether they be skincare, fragrances, makeup, nail polish, or lifestyle items. And the best part is, if you like the items, you can go onto birchbox.com and order the full size!

Let's dive right in and see what I got, shall we?

First out of the gate is Serge Normant Meta Revive Dry Conditioner
$25 for 3.2 oz

I'm really into this packaging, first off (it's like they knew I love black and gold!). I tend to use dry shampoo every other day since I wash my hair every third day (not gross, trust me), so I'm excited to try this out. And yes, I sprayed it already, and yes, it smells wonderfully clean and fresh.

Next up is the 100% Pure Fruit Pigmented Mascara
$18 for 0.24 oz / 7g

You guys already know how I feel mascara, so pulling this out of the box was a-okay with me. It has a nice scent to it (it said fruit, I HAD to smell it...) and the wand is like any other ordinary mascara wand. It says it is supposed to ultra lengthen, so we'll see how this works.

I then pulled out the Dr. Lipp Original Nipple Balm For Lips
$14.50 for 15 mL

I've heard of this product before and have wanted to try it ever since and simple kept forgetting to order it, so as soon as I pulled this out I put some on. It has a thicker consistency, somewhat of Vaseline but feels great when you put it on and has already lasted longer than my other lip treatments. I'm already loving it.

The last beauty item is the Ruby Wing Color Changing Nail Polish in Ride 'Em Cowgirl
$10 for 15 mL

I. love. getting. nail polish. Simple as that. And when I read that this changes from a gold sparkle indoors, to a berry sparkle outdoors, I was all for it. Maybe it'll force me outside once in awhile. Who knows!

The lifestyle item this month is the Ahmad Teas in Apricot Sunrise Black Tea, English Breakfast Black Tea, and Pure Green Tea
$7 for 2 boxes (40 teabags)

I'm pretty sure I am most excited about this particular item. I'm a big tea drinker (I have my own cupboard in the kitchen just for tea...) and I always am up for trying new flavors and brands. I've never actually tried black tea, so hopefully it's good!

I'll make a little update post next week to give my further formed opinions on all of these products. I already can't wait until February's box, which probably isn't a good sign for my patience level...

Until next time,
Check out my other stuff

BYE.

P.S. Please leave a comment about what posts I should do next, I'll probably do them!
